Monster Blast is a very easy game in terms of trophies:
- Eat 20 fruits (you will most likely do that since you need fruits to replenish health)
- Get the support tower and use it in a new level and let it kill 10 enemies
- Keep on blasting enemies through all the levels and kill all the bosses

Fruit Junkie – Missable
eat 20 fruits
Technically this is a missable trophy but i find it hard to believe you can finish the game without eating some fruits to restore your health.
Soldier – Story
reach experience level 10
Superhero – Story

Support Tower – Missable
get 10 kills with the support tower
This is the only missable trophy from the game.
After you are lucky enough to loot a support tower from a chest, use it on a new level and let it kill 10 enemies.
