You need to rotate while jumping and land vertically on the ledge, while also trying to collect some stars. Each rotation and landing performed correctly decreases the resistance on the ledge. If you land perfectly, you will break the ledge and auto collect the stars. The goal is to reach the bottom to finish the level.
You need to collect 150 stars and rotate 130 times.
