Master Of Kyrat Obtain all the Trophies. Far Cry 4 is quite an easy game in terms of trophies:
Complete all the main missions, the required number for each side missions, collect the required number for each collectible and reach arena rank 5
Specific side quest requirement: Liberate any Outpost without triggering an alarm in any mode
Miscellaneous activities on the map: Repel 3 Outpost Retaliation Parties, Hijack 3 Royal Cargo Trucks and return them to a liberated Outpost, Eliminate 3 Pagan's Wrath convoys, Purchase 3 items for the Ghale Homestead
Character related trophies: Learn all skills, Craft 5 upgrades for your equipment, Craft 15 syringes, Spend 500,000 rupees total at Trading Posts, Buy all attachments and paint schemes for a single weapon, Reach Karma Level 2 and purchase any Guns For Hire upgrade, Fly 5000m total in the Wingsuit

Tread Lightly

I would suggest doing it in the earliest outpost since they are the easiest.
I have done it during the mission Act One.
End Transmission
Liberate 8 Bell Towers (Campaign only).
Self-explanatory
Display Of Fortitude
Conquer 2 Fortresses (Campaign only).
Fortresses became weaker after you get rid of Pagan Min generals.
Well-Rounded
Complete any 6 Hunting quests (Supplies, Control, Survival) (Campaign only).
Self-explanatory.
Trigger-Man
Complete 3 Assassination or Eye for an Eye quests (Campaign only).
Self-explanatory.
No One Left Behind
Rescue 15 hostages in Hostage Rescue quests (Campaign only).
There are enough hostages so you shouldn't miss out on this trophy.
Each mission contains 4 hostages, and you need 1 alive to complete the mission.
Gearhead
Complete 3 Kyrati Films: Racing or Kyrati Films: Survival activities (Campaign only).
Self-explanatory.
Defender
Repel 3 Outpost Retaliation Parties (Campaign only).
Sometimes your outposts will be attacked.
Go and defend 3 of these attacks.
Robin Hood
Hijack 3 Royal Cargo Trucks and return them to a liberated Outpost (Campaign only).
These trucks spawn randomly around the map.
Hijack them and after that drive them to a liberated outpost.
Do this 3 times
Hand Of Justice
Eliminate 3 Pagan's Wrath convoys (Campaign only).
They spawn randomly on the map as a group of 3 vehicles. Destroy all 3 of them to eliminate the convoy.
Do this 3 times.
Brother In Arms - COOP Online
Liberate 1 Outpost playing as Hurk (Campaign Co-op only).
You will need to join a friend's game session in order to play as Hurk.
After you join someone else session, just capture an outpust.
Defuser
Complete 3 Bomb Defusal quests (Campaign only).
Self-explanatory
Changing Lanes - COOP Online
Perform a Vehicle Takedown from the passenger seat of a vehicle (Campaign Co-op only).
Make sure you have the vehicle takedown skill unlocked before trying this.
Join a friend session or have a friend join yours.
Have your friend drive a car next to an enemy driving a vehicle.
Press R3, while you are on the passenger seat, to perform a vehicle takedown.
Fixer-Upper
Purchase 3 items for the Ghale Homestead (Campaign only).
You will unlock the Homestead after you complete 2 Yogi and Reggie missions.
Then just buy the cheapest 3 upgrades.
Exorcist
Remove or destroy 15 Masks of Yalung (Campaign only).
There are 55 masks on the map, and you only need to remove 15 of them
Rewriting History
Remove 30 Propaganda Posters (Campaign only).
There are 150 posters on the map, and you only need to remove 30 of it.
Caretaker Of Memory
Find 10 Lost Letters (Campaign only).
There are 20 letters on the map, and you only need 10 of them for the trophy.
Right Tributes
Spin 10 Mani Wheels (Campaign only).
There are 40 Mani Wheels on the map, and you only need to spin 10 of it.
The Rarest Game
Complete 3 Kyrat Fashion Week quests (Campaign only).

Well Read
Read 10 notes (Campaign only).
This will come quite naturally because there are a lot of notes scattered around the map.
Quick Learner
Learn 10 skills (Campaign only).
Getting skill points will come naturally.
Fully Loaded
Learn all skills (Campaign only).
You will not have a problem getting this naturally if you are focusing on completing all the trophies from the game.
Tricked Out
Craft 5 upgrades for your equipment (Campaign only).
You will most likely get this naturally since it is quite impossible to complete the game without upgrades.
Dr. Feelgood
Craft 15 syringes (Campaign only).
You will obtain this naturally since healing syringes are very useful.
Make It Rain
Spend 500,000 rupees total at Trading Posts (Campaign only).
This will come naturally since you will often replenish your ammo or buy upgrades.
Custom-Fitted
Buy all attachments and paint schemes for a single weapon (Campaign only).
I used the AK-47 weapon since it doesn't have any upgrades, only 6 paints.
Tusker
Kill 30 enemies with an elephant (Campaign only).
You need to buy the elephant riding skill.
After that you will get this in no time.
Riding the elephant, it is quite fun.
Quad Kill
Kill 4 enemies simultaneously with a single explosion (Campaign only).
Use the RPG for this trophy on some grouped enemies.
Misdirection
Distract 15 enemies with rocks (Campaign only).
Press DPad left to throw rocks.
Shutterbug
Tag 25 enemies using the camera (Campaign only).
This will come naturally since using the camera is very useful to spot enemies around the map.
Reign Of Death
Kill 30 enemies with Mortar rounds (Campaign only).
Very easy to get this when you defend your outposts.
Use the nearby mortars to kill the incoming enemies.
From A Distance
Kill a target from 60m or more with an arrow or bolt (Campaign only).
Use recurve bow + marksman sight upgrade.
Put a pinpoint on the map where enemy is and then move back making sure you have 70m between you and the target.
Shoot and kill.
Two Birds
Using a sniper rifle, kill 2 targets with a single shot (Campaign only).
The location i used for this trophy was the Pranijagat School Outpost.
The Sky Is Falling
Perform a takedown from a Buzzer (Campaign only).
Fly with the buzzer near an enemy then press R3 for takedown.
Flame On!
Kill 50 enemies with fire (Campaign only).
Use the flamethrower
Drive-By
Kill 25 enemies while shooting and driving (Campaign only).
This will come quite naturally during story missions or normal gameplay.
The Good Fight
Reach Karma Level 2 and purchase any Guns For Hire upgrade (Campaign only).
Reaching Karma level 2 is story related and will come naturally.
After you hit level 2 just buy that upgrade.
Like A Bird
Fly 5000m total in the Wingsuit (Campaign only).
Self-explanatory.
Highly likely you will get this automatically while doing missions.
Roadkill
Run over 25 people (Campaign only).
This will come quite naturally since it is easy to kill enemies by running them over with your car
The People's Champ
Reach Arena Rank 5 (Campaign Arena only).
You will unlock the arena after completing the mission Lost & Confused from Yogi & Reggie.
After that mission you will be able to keep playing the arena.
Do that until you reach rank 5.
Renaissance Man - Multiplayer
Finish a public match of each game type in the Battles of Kyrat game mode (Battles of Kyrat only).
There are 3 games modes: Outpost, Demon Mask and Propaganda. Ignore the modes that have been added later on.
Just finish one session of each. You need to join from the start for it to count.
Community Surprise - Multiplayer
Play a Top Rated map in the Map Browser (Map Browser only).
Join any top-rated map from map browser and then just die.
You do not have to complete it.
