In terms of trophies, it is an easy and fast game:
Press the cross button to show close to you, or hold a bit to throw it further and kill more enemies
I would suggest you spam the cross button until you clear the enemies, then do 1 or 2 long shots to get either +75 or +100 kills, and then repeat
The goal would be to get:

Get 5 100+ kills
Get 10 75+ kills in a single run
Survive 30 seconds
