In terms of trophies, it is an easy game which will take between 4 to 7 hours to be completed:
First you should try to complete all 27 quests, with gold score where available, to obtain all the story related trophies and all the gold score trophies
There are few miscellaneous trophies that you need to pay attention during the quests
In the quest Glove World Grab you will need to play some minigames to obtain all the gold gloves
Get more than 1500 score in the balloon carnival game
Knock down all the targets in 30 seconds in the Glove World carnival game
During The Artist Within quest make a drawing that uses every color
During the Boating School Race quest create a shortcut in the wall by hitting the explosive barrels
During the Royal Roundup quest grab two jellyfish at once and take King Jellyfish's crown
