In terms of trophies, it is an extremely easy and fast game:
Play Normal for 2 seconds so you can unlock Hard mode
Play Normal for 3 seconds so you can beat your score
Play Hard for 2 seconds so you can unlock Blind as a Mango
Play Blind as a Mango for 5 minutes, time is cumulative between sessions
While you play Blind as a Mango try to have 3 minutes of survival time in a session to get the last high score trophy. If you cannot do it in Blind as a Mango, start a game on Easy and quit it after 3 minutes
