In level 1 focus on getting 3 stars and completing it in under 4 seconds
Complete all 20 levels and all the other trophies should unlock naturally
You need to obtain 30 stars in total, so this means average 1.5 stars per level.
In case you haven't obtained the platinum at the end of level 20, then you are probably missing the trophy for falling off the map 20 times.
