In terms of trophies, it is an easy and fast game:
I would recommend you lower the pointer speed from the setting to either 2 or 3
In the main menu, switch the color fast, 20 times in 10 seconds
In the main menu, paint the whole background. To paint, I would recommend you hold down the cross button and just move the pointer around. You can color everything with 1 color.
Now you can start the game, and select the random picture. Start it.

Press also the triangle button for hints 10 times
Now complete the picture. When you complete a picture 100%, an animation will start to play out. Go to the side bar and pause it.
Now return to main menu, select picture 1, and complete the game, including the last picture, that will unlock after completing all the other pictures.
