In terms of trophies, it is an easy and fast game:
You need to reach 50K points, collect a coin, and collect and use all the powerups.
Some powerups need to just be collected, while others need to be used as well like pressing the circle button when you collect the laser or throwing the bomb with the R1 button.
The only trophy that you need to pay attention to is the invincible powerup. You need to time it with a boss appearance. So, when a boss appears, try to not destroy him, instead destroy the gems and hope that the invincible powerup will drop. After you collect it, you need to let the boss hit you, to unlock the trophy.
